Now, we’re bringing the Shoes & Sox experience to Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast with a brand-new store, and we’re looking for an inspiring Store Manager to bring it to life.

Opening just in time for the Peak summer season and Back To School, this is your opportunity to build a team, establish a new store and make your mark from day one.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

If you know your way around a stockroom, love leading a team, thrive on hitting targets and think there’s nothing better than helping a kid find their perfect pair of kicks, we want to hear from you.

As Store Manager at Shoes & Sox Pacific Fair, you’ll take the reins of our newest location, leading an Assistant Store Manager and team in a store that’s all about comfort, confidence and fun.

This isn’t about stepping into an established store - you’ll be part of building something brand new.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the store’s captain, coach and cheerleader, getting the team ready for launch, creating an amazing customer experience and making sure every shift runs smoothly.

• Lead from the front – inspire your team, drive results and keep the good vibes going
• Build your team – recruit, train, coach and develop a crew you’re proud of
• Launch with impact – help bring our brand-new Pacific Fair store to life and set it up for success
• Celebrate the wins – coach through challenges and keep your team feeling motivated and proud
• Know your numbers – keep a close eye on sales, KPIs and store performance
• Create a store that wows – keep it clean, fun, welcoming and visually on-point
• Stay smart on stock – maintain great inventory management, minimise shrinkage and keep stock flowing
• Champion the customer experience – make sure every family receives expert, friendly and memorable service
• Lead a safe and supportive workplace – create a positive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered

ABOUT YOU

You bring the energy, empathy and experience to lead a brand-new store.

• Proven experience in retail leadership – you know how to coach, train and grow a team
• A natural leader who can inspire a team and bring people along for the ride
• Love working with kids and their families – patience is definitely your superpower
• A KPI wizard – you know your numbers and how to turn targets into results
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak retail periods
• A problem solver who’s always looking for ways to improve
• A confident communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers and team members
• Excited by the opportunity to open and grow a brand-new store
