We're bringing Hush Puppies to Noosa, QLD, and we're looking for enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistants to join our brand-new store team!

We're looking for passionate Casual Retail Assistants to join our exciting new Hush Puppies store opening in Noosa, QLD.

As part of our founding store team, you'll help bring the Hush Puppies brand to life, creating a welcoming shopping environment and helping customers discover footwear that combines style, comfort and quality.

From sharing product knowledge and offering styling advice to supporting stock deliveries and keeping the store looking its best, no two days will be the same.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic footwear brand, work alongside a supportive team and be part of an exciting new store opening in the Noosa community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Help customers discover footwear that suits their individual needs, style and comfort preferences.
• Share product knowledge and provide recommendations on our latest collections.
• Build genuine connections with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed beautifully.
• Assist with stock deliveries, unpacking, replenishment and inventory management.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every shift.
• Play an active role in helping establish our new store and creating a positive team culture.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who enjoys being around people, takes pride in delivering great service and is excited to be part of a new store team.

You'll ideally have:

• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people find the right products.
• An interest in footwear, fashion and lifestyle products.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing environment.
• Confidence communicating with customers and building positive relationships.
• The ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
• The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a supportive environment.
• Flexibility to commit to casual shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Retail experience is highly regarded, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
