Now, we're bringing Hush Puppies to Noosa, QLD, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our brand-new store!

We're on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of our new Hush Puppies store in Noosa, QLD.

This is more than just managing a store. You'll have the exciting opportunity to build your team, bring the Hush Puppies brand to life locally and establish a store culture centred around exceptional customer experiences and commercial success.

From recruiting and developing your team to driving sales performance and creating an inviting retail environment, you'll take ownership of the store from day one.

We're looking for a hands-on retail leader who knows how to turn great customer service into sales results, enjoys developing people and thrives on the challenge of building something new.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead the launch: Take ownership of the new store opening, ensuring everything is ready for a successful launch.
• Build your team: Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a passionate team who share your commitment to great customer service.
• Drive results: Lead from the shop floor, set clear expectations and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Create memorable experiences: Deliver personalised customer service and bring the Hush Puppies comfort and style experience to life.
• Own store operations: Oversee rostering, stock management, inventory control and day-to-day store performance.
• Bring the brand to life: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Develop talent: Identify opportunities to grow your team's skills and build a strong pipeline of future retail leaders.
• Think commercially: Monitor store performance, identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Build local connections: Establish a welcoming store environment and develop strong relationships with the local Noosa community.

ABOUT YOU

You're a confident and hands-on retail leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people and knows what it takes to run a successful store.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Experience recruiting and building teams, ideally within a new store or store opening environment.
• A strong understanding of retail sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• The ability to lead by example, particularly on the shop floor.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to store operations, visual merchandising and stock management.
• The confidence to take ownership, make decisions and drive results.

Footwear experience is advantageous, but we're equally interested in strong retail leaders from other fashion, apparel and lifestyle retail environments.
