YOUR OPPORTUNITY

A new Elka Collective destination is coming to Pacific Fair, and we're searching for style-conscious Casual Sales Assistants to join us on this exciting journey!

This is your chance to help establish a brand-new store, become part of its founding team and create an experience that keeps customers coming back.

You'll bring energy, personality and a genuine appreciation for fashion to the sales floor. From introducing customers to our latest collections to helping them find pieces they'll love wearing, you'll play an important role in making every visit feel special.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Make every customer feel valued through genuine, personalised service.
• Share your fashion knowledge and help customers put together effortless looks.
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay across new arrivals, collections and current trends.
• Keep the store looking polished, organised and true to the Elka Collective aesthetic.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment and day-to-day store activities.
• Contribute to sales results and celebrate achievements as a team.
• Help create the atmosphere, standards and culture of our new Pacific Fair store.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone who lives and breathes fashion and enjoys keeping up with emerging trends.
• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
• A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with different people.
• An appreciation for styling, presentation and the finer details.
• A commercially minded approach with an interest in achieving sales results.
• Someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a team-first attitude.
• Availability to work across a casual roster, including weekends and busy trading periods.
