As we prepare to open our brand-new boutique at Pacific Fair, we're looking for an inspiring Boutique Manager to lead the store, bring our brand vision to life and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is more than just a Boutique Manager role, it's an opportunity to take the lead in establishing a brand-new Elka Collective boutique at one of Queensland's premier shopping destinations.

As Boutique Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's overall performance, from building and developing your team to creating an inviting, premium retail environment that reflects the Elka Collective aesthetic.

You'll bring together your passion for fashion, commercial mindset and leadership experience to drive results, build lasting customer relationships and establish a strong store culture from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing team, creating a positive and engaging store culture.
• Drive Performance: Take ownership of sales, KPIs and store profitability, using commercial insights to identify opportunities and maximise results.
• Elevate the Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering personalised styling advice and exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.
• Bring the Brand to Life: Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Elka Collective's premium brand identity.
• Own Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily store management, including rostering, stock management, inventory control and administration.
• Build Your Boutique: Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of the new store, setting the standard for operational excellence and customer experience from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Previous experience in a Boutique Manager, Store Manager or similar retail leadership position, ideally within premium fashion.
• A genuine passion for contemporary fashion, styling and the Elka Collective aesthetic.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
• An eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully presented retail spaces.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of your store.
• Most importantly, a genuine enthusiasm for building something special and representing a growing Australian fashion brand!
