ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Something big is coming to Werribee! We’re opening a brand-new Superdry store just in time for peak season, and we’re looking for energetic Casual Sales Assistants to be part of our launch team. You’ll be there from day one, helping set up the store, welcoming our first customers, and bringing the Superdry experience to Werribee. If you love streetwear, thrive on a busy shop floor, and want to be part of something new, this is your moment!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Being part of the launch team that opens our brand-new Werribee store.
• Helping set up the store for opening, including stock, merchandising, and presentation.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Helping customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
• Keeping the store looking sharp and meeting visual merchandising standards during our busiest trading period.
• Replenishing stock and keeping products well stocked and organised on the shop floor.
• Processing sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Supporting store operations, including fitting room upkeep and stockroom duties.

• Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and the Superdry brand.
• Excited to be part of a new store opening and help build something from the ground up.
• Confident, friendly, and approachable, with strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, especially during peak season.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability, including weekends, late-night trade, and the holiday period.
