ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Store Manager for our Superdry Christchurch store, you’ll lead the launch and day-to-day operation of the store, setting the standard for culture, performance, and customer experience from day one. You’ll build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while driving sales, managing operations, and bringing Superdry’s bold brand to life on the shop floor. This role is ideal for a confident retail leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by new store openings and building something from the ground up.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the success of the Superdry Christchurch store
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing retail team
  • Setting the standard for customer experience and brand presentation on the shop floor
  • Driving sales, KPIs, and commercial performance through effective leadership
  • Coaching and motivating your team to deliver results and grow their capability
  • Managing store operations including rostering, wages, stock, and visual standards

 

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven retail leader with experience managing high-volume or flagship stores
  • Confident in recruiting, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales drivers
  • Customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural leader who leads by example and builds positive team culture
