Reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery, our AI Analyst is a newly created role designed to accelerate how we adopt and embed artificial intelligence across Brand Collective.

This is a hands-on, execution-led opportunity for a curious early-career professional ready to turn AI from concept into real, everyday impact. You’ll play a key role in building smarter workflows, automating processes, and unlocking efficiency across our Digital team and wider business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, operations, and innovation, bringing AI to life across the business.

  • Lead discovery to understand the needs of business users that could benefit from AI-powered workflows to provide accuracy, efficiency and removal of repetitive tasks
  • Train teams on new AI tools and workflows, creating guides and demos
  • Maintain breadth on AI advancements and report to wider stakeholders
  • Evaluate various AI tools for their practical application for business teams
  • Facilitate AI adoption across various business departments, tracking adoption metrics
  • Test and refine semi-autonomous and autonomous agents
  • Set up workflow pipelines using Zapier, Make, n8n, Shopify Flow etc.
  • Trouble shoot and triage existing AI enabled tools and workflows
  • Research emerging AI tools and recommend adoption opportunities
  • Understand responsible AI use, understand risk, controls and data privacy
  • Mapping current-state processes, systems and platform access
  • Maintain documentation library, usable prompts & action logs and artifacts

ABOUT YOU

You’re naturally curious, commercially minded, and excited by the real-world application of AI.

  • Potentially a recent Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in AI, automation, data or digital operations
  • Hands-on with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
  • Interested in prompt engineering and workflow automation
  • Analytical, creative, and a clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
  • Passionate about emerging tech with a growth mindset
  • Degree in Computer Science, Digital, Engineering (preferred)
