ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As the Concession Manager at Review Joondalup Myer, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and fostering a strong, high-performing team. You'll lead daily operations, coach and develop your staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly and stylishly. With a keen eye for fashion and a passion for retail, you’ll inspire both customers and your team every day.
*This is a Full Time position working 38 Hours per week, with a Tuesday-Saturday roster*
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Take ownership of the concession’s day-to-day performance, ensuring the store operates efficiently and consistently.
- Keep stock levels on track by monitoring inventory, coordinating replenishment and maintaining a well-organised sales floor.
- Bring the brand to life through strong visual presentation, merchandising and attention to detail.
- Invest in your team’s success through hands-on coaching, product training and ongoing development.
- Create meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and delivering personalised service and styling recommendations.
- Look for new ways to grow sales, build customer loyalty and maximise opportunities within the Myer environment.
