We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our Black Pepper store in Warwick, QLD.

This role is about understanding what our customers are looking for and helping them discover pieces they’ll love wearing. You’ll get to know our collections, offer thoughtful recommendations and make shopping easy and enjoyable for women with different styles, preferences and needs.

Beyond the shop floor, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly, from preparing new deliveries and refreshing displays to ensuring the team is ready for a great day of trade.

Whether you’re an experienced retail professional or someone looking to build on your customer service skills, we’re keen to meet someone who brings energy, initiative and a genuine interest in fashion.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Make customers feel comfortable and confident through attentive, personalised service.
• Get to know our collections so you can recommend pieces that suit different styles and occasions.
• Help customers explore outfit combinations, colours and fits that work for them.
• Keep the shop floor organised, well-stocked and ready for customers.
• Assist with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment throughout the store.
• Help implement merchandising guidelines and seasonal product displays.
• Complete sales transactions and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Contribute to daily store targets and look for opportunities to improve sales.
• Share ideas, support your teammates and help create a positive working environment.

Previous retail experience is valued, particularly in fashion, apparel or customer-focused sales. Just as important is your ability to connect with customers and contribute positively to the team.
