ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Tamworth store, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, share your passion for fashion and help customers find pieces that make them feel their best.

From providing personalised styling advice to supporting stock management and maintaining a welcoming store environment, you’ll play an important role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Help customers find the right styles, fits and outfits to suit their needs.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring merchandise is displayed to a high standard.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

ABOUT YOU

• A passion for fashion and helping customers look and feel their best.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt your selling approach to suit different customers.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused mindset.
• Availability to commit to an agreed shift pattern, with flexibility to support peak trading periods.
