THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our new Shoes & Sox store opening at Myer Mt Gravatt!

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new store, build a strong team, create a fantastic customer experience and make your mark from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Help establish the store from the ground up, building a positive team culture and strong ways of working.
• Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, store presentation and stock management.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and help families find the perfect fit for their little ones.
• Create a safe, supportive and engaging workplace where your team can thrive.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in retail leadership, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• A strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on approach to store operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
• The confidence and enthusiasm to lead a team through an exciting new store opening.
• A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for children and their families.
