ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator – Apparel to support our wholesale teams across Reebok and Champion.

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Apparel (and supporting the Head of Sales – Reebok), this role is critical in ensuring seamless sell-in execution, accurate customer administration and strong communication across internal teams and retail partners. You’ll play a key role in keeping seasonal processes on track, from order entry through to delivery updates, while supporting data reporting, replenishment and customer relationships.

This is a fast-paced, commercially connected role ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven and confident working across multiple stakeholders.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Generating and managing regular sales, stock-on-hand and open PO reports for internal teams and retail partners
  • Supporting seasonal sell-in presentations including preparing price lists, order forms, catalogues and buy files
  • Entering seasonal orders and ensuring accuracy ahead of order cut-off dates
  • Coordinating delivery updates, SKU changes and seasonal drop sheets for key customers
  • Supporting replenishment orders to ensure delivery in full and on time
  • Assisting with aged stock reporting and excess stock clearance support
  • Coordinating and managing customer samples, fabric comps and barcode reports
  • Maintaining retailer shared documents and ensuring accurate product attributes across systems
  • Liaising between the Heads of Sales and retail partners on ad hoc projects and seasonal updates
  • Monitoring retailer websites for promotional activity and providing relevant insights

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in sales administration or coordination within wholesale, apparel or retail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Exposure to supply chain processes and order lifecycle management
  • Intermediate Excel skills with confidence interpreting data and generating reports
  • Experience using ERP systems (AP21 advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with external retail partners
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
