ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As the E-commerce & Brand Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the commercial success of Canada Goose across Australia, with primary accountability for eCommerce trading performance and broader ownership of brand performance across digital and retail channels.
Sitting within Brand Collective's Licensed Brands division, you'll work closely with Canada Goose Hong Kong and Brand Collective's Digital, Marketing and Retail teams to deliver profitable growth, optimise the customer experience and ensure a seamless omnichannel approach.
This is a highly commercial role combining digital trading, brand stewardship, customer experience and stakeholder management. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, aligning local and global priorities, and ensuring Canada Goose continues to deliver exceptional results in the Australian market.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own the eCommerce P&L and trading performance, driving sales, margin, conversion, traffic efficiency and customer retention
- Partner with Canada Goose Hong Kong and Brand Collective stakeholders to develop and execute annual trading and growth plans
- Lead eCommerce trading and merchandising activity, using performance insights to optimise product visibility, inventory health and revenue opportunities
- Manage the Australian content calendar, coordinating local campaign execution while maintaining global brand consistency
- Monitor acquisition channel performance and partner with Digital and Marketing teams to improve traffic quality, conversion and ROI
- Develop and prioritise the eCommerce roadmap, building business cases and partnering with Digital, Product and Technology teams to deliver key initiatives
- Champion a true omnichannel customer experience, ensuring alignment across digital and retail channels including product, pricing, promotions and fulfilment
- Provide commercial reporting, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth across channels and partnerships
- Support retail performance initiatives and ensure online and in-store strategies work together to maximise brand and commercial outcomes
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in eCommerce trading, digital commerce or omnichannel retail leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning or influencing sales, margin, conversion and profitability outcomes
- Experience working across digital trading, customer acquisition, merchandising and customer experience optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including global, regional or international partners
- Understanding of brand management, positioning and marketing within premium, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into commercial actions and growth opportunities
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within premium, luxury or globally recognised retail brands will be highly regarded
