ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at our Black Pepper Boronia store, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find their perfect fit, and creating a warm, welcoming shopping experience. You'll play a hands-on role in stock management and visual presentation, keeping the store looking its best, while working alongside a supportive team that shares your passion for fashion. We're after someone with a positive, can-do attitude, a genuine love of style, and the flexibility to bring energy to every shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and want casual work that's as rewarding as it is fun, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Guide customers through our range with genuine styling advice and product knowledge
• Keep the store looking sharp, clean, well-organised, and on-brand at every turn
• Process sales quickly and accurately, making every transaction feel effortless
• Keep shelves and displays fully stocked so customers always find what they're after
• Pitch in on day-to-day store operations, from stocktakes to visual merchandising
• Collaborate with your team to hit sales targets and help the store thrive

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role has taught you how to thrive as part of a team
• Reliability is second nature, you commit to your rostered shifts and happily lend a hand during busy peak trade periods
• Reading the room comes naturally, so you adapt your approach to suit whoever's in front of you
• Warmth and confidence come through in how you communicate, building an easy rapport with customers and teammates alike
