ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Superdry Queenstown, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. You’ll assist with sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store looking sharp, and work collaboratively with your team to smash targets. This role suits someone energetic, reliable, and passionate about streetwear and premium fashion.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver exceptional customer service that makes every shopper feel welcome, valued, and excited to come back
• Get to know our customers and help them find the perfect fit, offering genuine styling advice and product knowledge that keeps them coming back for more
• Keep the store looking its best, bringing our visual merchandising standards to life so every rail and display tells the brand story
• Keep the shop floor fully stocked and beautifully presented, replenishing product so customers always have what they're after
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, giving every customer a smooth and positive finish to their shopping trip
• Pitch in across store operations, from fitting room upkeep to stockroom duties, as part of a hands-on team that gets things done together
