We’re looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our friendly Black Pepper team in Dubbo.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Dubbo, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers.

From helping customers find the perfect outfit and offering genuine styling advice, to keeping the store looking its best and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll be part of a team that loves fashion and loves helping people.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with customers and working as part of a supportive retail team, while looking for flexible and rewarding part-time work in Dubbo.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
• Help customers find the perfect fit and offer personalised styling advice
• Build genuine connections with our customers and make them feel confident and valued
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing store
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Receive, replenish and organise stock to ensure the store is ready for customers
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising
• Work collaboratively with the Dubbo team to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Bring a positive, energetic and can-do attitude to every shift

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and has a passion for fashion and style.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A passion for providing style advice that makes a difference in our customers’ lives and brightens their day
• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and commitment to an agreed shift pattern, with availability to assist during peak trade periods
• The ability to adapt your selling style to meet the individual needs of each customer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, friendly and customer-focused approach
