Located within Myer Maroochydore, our Footwear concession is all about helping customers find the right pair for workdays, weekends and everything in between.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We’re looking for an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Maroochydore.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the concession while creating an exceptional customer experience for every person who walks through the footwear department. You’ll lead from the front, motivate and develop your team, and build strong working relationships with both customers and the Myer Maroochydore team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who loves footwear, thrives in a fast-paced department store environment and knows how to turn great service into strong sales results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead, coach and develop your concession team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
• Create a customer-first culture through active leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through confident product knowledge and personalised recommendations
• Build strong relationships with the Myer Maroochydore team and key stakeholders
• Drive day-to-day concession operations, ensuring high standards across sales, service and compliance
• Manage stock control, product handling, replenishment and loss prevention
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards that bring our footwear brands to life
• Recruit, train and develop team members, supporting their growth and capability
• Identify opportunities to drive sales through local initiatives, promotions, marketing and visual merchandising
• Champion our portfolio of footwear brands and ensure the team has the knowledge and confidence to sell across the range
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where your team can perform at their best

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced retail leader who knows how to engage a team, deliver results and create genuine customer connections.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in concession, department store or store-level retail leadership
• A genuine passion for footwear, fashion and delivering memorable customer experiences
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Confidence providing personalised footwear recommendations based on customer needs, style and occasion
• Experience coaching, mentoring and motivating a team to perform at their best
• Strong visual merchandising and stock management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• The confidence to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment
• The ability to safely lift up to 10kg unassisted
