We're looking for an experienced commercial leader to take the reins of this iconic brand and drive its next phase of growth across wholesale, retail and ecommerce.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Head of Hush Puppies, you'll be responsible for the overall commercial success of the brand across wholesale, retail, concessions and ecommerce. Reporting to the Managing Director, Footwear, you'll lead the strategic direction of the brand while partnering with our specialist teams across product, planning, marketing, sales, retail and digital to deliver exceptional results.

You'll combine commercial thinking with brand leadership, ensuring Hush Puppies continues to evolve while staying true to its heritage.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Develop and execute the long term strategy to drive sustainable brand growth and profitability
• Lead commercial performance across wholesale, retail, concessions and ecommerce
• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
• Oversee product strategy, seasonal assortments and inventory planning to maximise sales and margin
• Partner with Marketing to deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement
• Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives
• Build strong relationships with key wholesale partners and licensors
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing team while fostering collaboration across the Footwear division
• Use market insights and customer data to inform strategic business decisions

ABOUT YOU

You're a commercially minded brand leader with a passion for building successful consumer brands. You thrive in fast paced retail environments, enjoy influencing across multiple functions and know how to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

You'll also bring:

• Extensive leadership experience within fashion, footwear or consumer retail
• Proven success leading commercial performance across multiple sales channels
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and profitability
• Experience working closely with product, planning, sales and marketing teams
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and influence others
• Experience working with licensed brands will be highly regarded
