ABOUT MYER FOOTWEAR:

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Brand Collective footwear concession stores in Myer across the country, bringing together iconic brands including Reebok, Julius Marlow, Hush Puppies, Volley, Clarks and Grosby.
Our stores will offer a curated collection of men’s footwear that combines timeless design, superior comfort, and expert craftsmanship for every occasion.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We’re seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Carindale. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you’ll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a leadership role focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
• Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
• Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
• Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
• Recruiting, training, and growing the team’s skills and capabilities
• Collaborating with Myer partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
• Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
• A passion for footwear, fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
• Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
• Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
• A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve KPIs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
