Work as part of a team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
Deliver exceptional customer service by personalising each customer’s experience at Reebok
Ensure the store is immaculate by adhering to visual merchandising standards
Achieve sales and KPI targets through collaboration and teamwork
Develop strong product knowledge of Reebok footwear and products
Support the Store Manager with administration, store maintenance and general cleaning
Maintain a well-organised stockroom and comfortably use ladders to retrieve stock
Embody the Reebok brand with a positive attitude
Previous retail customer service experience
Warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about footwear and fashion
Thrive in fast-paced team environments
Energetic and upbeat – a true motivator who makes the best of any situation
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences
Strong communication and organisational skills
