We’re on the hunt for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Group Marketing team.
Supporting powerhouse brands including Superdry, Champion, and Reebok, this role plays a key part in translating brand strategy into an engaging, commercial, and cohesive in-store experience across our Australian and New Zealand retail & wholesale network.

Working closely with the Group Head of VM, Brand Managers, and Retail teams, you’ll lead the execution of monthly VM direction, coordinate test store set-ups, produce visual documentation, and bring brand campaigns to life across concept, outlet, and wholesale environments.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage monthly VM direction and product presentation across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Lead test store and model store set-ups, developing VM documentation and guidelines.
  • Partner with Brand Managers and Retail teams to deliver cohesive seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Store Design, Marketing, and Product teams to support new store openings and key retail moments (e.g. Father’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas).
  • Oversee VM communication across channels and ensure timely, accurate roll-out of merchandising updates.
  • Coach and guide store teams on execution, styling, and brand standards.
  • Continuously assess performance, analyse sales data, and recommend improvements to drive commercial outcomes.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising across fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong creative eye with proven ability to balance aesthetics and commercial priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign); experience with SketchUp desirable.
  • Previous experience in print production desirable
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and confident working across a broad stakeholder network.
  • Passionate about retail, fashion, and brand storytelling.
