ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Superdry & Happy Socks to lead two globally recognised lifestyle brands within our Licensed Brands division. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand strategy, drive growth across wholesale, retail and digital channels, and lead a talented team to deliver exceptional customer and commercial outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this pivotal leadership role, you will

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that deliver sales, margin and profitability targets.
  • Oversee brand performance across wholesale, retail and digital, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Planning, Retail, and eComm to execute compelling campaigns and high-performing assortments.
  • Lead the buying function, ensuring commercially balanced ranges that meet customer demand and brand standards.
  • Analyse market trends and sales performance to identify opportunities, inform buying decisions and optimise inventory.
  • Build strong relationships with licensors and key external partners.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.

ABOUT YOU

You will bring

  • Proven experience leading brand and commercial performance in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of achieving sales, margin and profitability goals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results through collaboration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build compelling brand moments and experiences.
  • A passion for fashion or apparel, ideally with experience in lifestyle, footwear or similar categories.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term direction with day-to-day execution.
