THE ROLES: Superdry Seasonal Casual Team Members

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member at Superdry, you will provide wonderful customer service, ensuring our customers receive the authentic and energetic ambassadorship that we are known for!

In these roles, you:

• Sell our product: actively listen and offer suggestions to customers based on their needs;
• Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system;
• Support with VM, store cleanliness and a Safety-First culture.

ABOUT YOU: What experience, skills and availability do you need?

• Flexible availability between October 2024-January 2025;
• A positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service;
• Communication and problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
