ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

Are you an experienced retail leader passionate about fashion and looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our dedicated team at our Orange store.
This role works a Monday to Friday roster, ensuring that you get weekends off!

You'll join a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts who LOVE the Black Pepper brand and thrive in a supportive, people-focused environment. From your first day, you'll receive a full induction and ongoing development – we want you to succeed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Drive store sales and performance by collaborating with a motivated and passionate team

• Understand and anticipate customer needs to offer tailored styling advice

• Lead and support internal and external events, including community-focused fashion shows and morning teas

• Mentor and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards

• Prepare and manage monthly rosters within budget

• Maintain premium presentation and merchandising standards

ABOUT YOU:

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Retail leadership or management experience

• A passion for fashion and the customer experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems

• A positive, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
