We’re looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our dedicated team at our Orange store.
This role works a Monday to Friday roster, ensuring that you get weekends off!
You'll join a diverse team of fashion enthusiasts who LOVE the Black Pepper brand and thrive in a supportive, people-focused environment. From your first day, you'll receive a full induction and ongoing development – we want you to succeed.
Drive store sales and performance by collaborating with a motivated and passionate team
Understand and anticipate customer needs to offer tailored styling advice
Lead and support internal and external events, including community-focused fashion shows and morning teas
Mentor and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Oversee inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
Prepare and manage monthly rosters within budget
Maintain premium presentation and merchandising standards
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Retail leadership or management experience
A passion for fashion and the customer experience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems
A positive, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
