ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Full-Time Retail Assistant at Superdry Chadstone, you’ll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment. You'll support daily store operations including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized space. Passionate about style and customer experience, you’ll help drive performance by connecting with customers and showcasing our signature products with energy and authenticity.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Delivering outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Superdry products to assist and style customers confidently
• Driving sales and hitting store targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling
• Replenishing stock on the shop floor and keeping displays full, clean, and visually appealing
• Supporting with stock deliveries, unpacking, tagging, and organizing inventory
• Assisting with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects current trends and brand guidelines

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Friendly, energetic, and confident when interacting with customers
• A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-presented store
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
• You embody the Superdry brand and love helping others express their individual style
