THE ROLES: Shoes & Sox Back to School Casual Team Members

As a Back to School Casual Team Member at Shoes & Sox, you will provide wonderful customer service, ensuring our customers receive the authentic and energetic ambassadorship that we are known for!

In these roles, you:

• Go to great lengths (and widths) to become an expert in finding the right shoe with the perfect fit;
• Sell our children’s footwear and accessories: actively listen and offer suggestions to customers based on their needs;
• Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system;
• Support with visual merchandising, store presentation and a Safety-First culture.

ABOUT YOU: What experience, skills and availability do you need?

• Flexible availability from October 2024 (for training) through to February 2025 (the ‘Back to School’ period);
• Warmth, a positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service to children and their guardians;
• Communication and problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience in children’s education/entertainment, customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
