ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Sales Manager – Reebok & Champion is responsible for driving wholesale growth across key accounts by building strong, long-term partnerships and delivering profitable, sustainable outcomes. Working closely with major wholesale partners, this role leads account strategy, execution and performance across footwear, apparel and accessories, while supporting the delivery of the Pacific wholesale strategy for both brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing and growing key wholesale accounts across Reebok & Champion
  • Delivering compelling go-to-market execution that achieves revenue, margin and timing targets
  • Creating and executing rolling 1–3-year account business plans aligned to brand strategy
  • Leading regular customer business planning meetings and performance reviews
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities across KPIs and implementing solution-based strategies
  • Aligning product, marketing and sales activity to maximise sell-through and retail performance
  • Managing inventories with key accounts to ensure mutually agreed KPIs are achieved
  • Integrating customer marketing initiatives in line with the GTM calendar
  • Managing and supporting sales agents across the sporting goods channel
  • Tracking and sharing sell-through data and market insights to inform decision-making
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual gross revenue and profit targets

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a wholesale sales or account management role, ideally within sport, apparel or footwear
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sustainable sales and KPI growth
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear actions and outcomes
  • Confident communicator who can influence and build credibility at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Passion for sport, sportswear and the Reebok & Champion brands
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experienced in managing agents and external partners to deliver against plans
