THE ROLES: Christmas Casual Sales Team Members

As a Christmas Casual Sales Team Member at Review, you will provide wonderful customer service, ensuring our customers receive the authentic and engaging ambassadorship that we are known for!

As part of the team at Review, you will join the much-loved Australian-owned brand, promoting classic fashion with a modern, luxurious twist. You are the face of the brand to our customers, offering memorable and exciting in-store experiences.

In these roles, you:

• Are the face of the brand - representing Review in our freshly redesigned product;
• Provide expert advice tailored to our customer's needs, ensuring they make informed decisions that lead to successful purchases;
• Process sales efficiently and accurately through our system;
• Support with visual merchandising, store presentation and a Safety-First culture.

ABOUT YOU: What experience, skills and availability do you need?

• Flexible availability between November 2024-January 2025;
• A positive and engaging attitude, reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer service;
• Communication and problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail are preferred, but not essential.
