ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Superdry Manawa Bay, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment. You’ll assist with sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, keep the store looking sharp, and work collaboratively with your team to smash targets. This role suits someone energetic, reliable, and passionate about streetwear and premium fashion.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and ensure products are well-stocked and organized on the shop floor
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register
• Support store operations including fitting room upkeep and stockroom duties

• Passionate about fashion, streetwear, and the Superdry brand
• Confident, friendly, and approachable with strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability (including weekends and late-night trade)
