ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Shoe Warehouse, you'll deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers find the perfect footwear, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting daily operations such as restocking shelves, processing sales, and handling returns. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Help customers find suitable styles, sizes, and fits
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are neat and well-stocked
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
• Support visual merchandising and promotional setups

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Passionate about footwear and retail fashion
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability (weekends, late nights, holidays)
