ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at Myer Chermside, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with shoe fittings and style advice, maintain stock presentation, and support the team during busy trade periods. You'll bring energy, product knowledge, and a strong focus on sales and service to help every customer find their perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Provide expert advice on footwear styles, sizes, and fits
• Support customers with try-ons and make tailored product recommendations
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to Myer standards
• Process sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Replenish stock and assist with stocktake and deliveries

ABOUT YOU

• Passionate about retail, customer service, and fashion – especially footwear
• Energetic, friendly, and confident in engaging with customers
• A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability across weekdays and weekends
• Quick to learn and comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and product display
