We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Digital team, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. The role will be assigned to support the delivery of digital marketing across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Campaign Operations & Performance Optimisation - plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. Ensure campaigns are deployed on time, within budget, and consistently deliver on performance.
• Liaising with Brand Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and promotional activity.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief, traffic, and test campaign assets that drive engagement and conversion.
• Reporting and data analysis to ensure campaigns meet or surpass key objectives and spend is optimised.
• Provide insights and reports as requested by brands/ecommerce to assist in understanding customer segments, campaign effectiveness and inform future activity.
• Work with multiple brands with varying budgets, objectives, and priorities in a shared-service environment.
• Assist with stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Work collaboratively with the wider digital marketing team to share learnings, testing opportunities, and best practices
