ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are seeking experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Chadstone on a Full Time or Casual permanent basis.

The Brand Ambassador, Experience role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding guest experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team. Execute store functions relating to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of the guest experience. Ensure excellence in all areas and maintain Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity.

We are also looking for a Lead Brand Ambassador role in store for a senior retailer.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Contribute to the store’s overall target by achieving productivity standards
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality
• Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and the store management team
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
• Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Canada Goose’s culture
• Compliant with store operating procedures to minimize store shrink 
• Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organisation and care of Canada Goose’s products

ABOUT YOU

• Previous retail experience in a customer focused environment is preferred
• Demonstrates Canada Goose’s values of passion, relentlessness, entrepreneurship, and authenticity
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset
• High-volume traffic experience is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday)
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
• Good command of English
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
