Black Pepper is growing quickly and needs people who are able to lead a team. At Black Pepper, we pride ourselves on spoiling our customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them feeling fabulous! 
 
We are currently looking for a Part Time Store Manager to lead the team at our Heidelberg store. The part time roster of 67.5 hours fortnightly rotates between Tuesday-Saturday one week and Monday-Thursday the next week to ensure you get every second weekend off!

The successful applicant will have previous retail experience as they will be accountable for the end to end operations of the store. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative.

What will your day look like with us:

• Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goals
• Understanding our customers’ needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel great
• Supporting internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales
• Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store
• Managing monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets
• Elevate Merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Retail leadership/management experience
• Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team
• Experience in providing personable Customer Service experience and building genuine relationships with our customers!
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities
