We are on a mission to find passionate Casual Retail Assistants for our stunning Elka Collective store in David Jones Melbourne City.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Be our Brand Ambassador by providing customers with a unique Elka Collective experience, while maintaining excellent service standards and fostering a loyal clientele
Actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targets
Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
Ensure product knowledge of apparel, footwear and accessories
Assist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock room
Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
Always maintain a positive attitude and embrace the Elka Collective culture
The skills and experience you offer us:
You have previous customer service experience (boutique experience is preferred, though not essential)
You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation
You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
You have strong communication and organisational skills
You are a great listener and use feedback constructively
