ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are excited to be opening a brand-new Superdry Christchurch Outlet store and are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the launch and build a high-performing team from the ground up. This store is opening mid-February with this full-time, permanent role working across a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new store, shape its culture from day one, inspire your team, and drive strong commercial results while representing an iconic global brand.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the successful opening of a new store and setting the standard for excellence

  • Building and driving a customer-led culture through passionate leadership and outstanding service

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a motivated and engaged team

  • Inspiring and mentoring team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets

  • Creating a positive store environment that celebrates wins and fosters team pride

  • Monitoring sales performance, identifying opportunities, and reporting results to senior management

  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and aligned with brand guidelines

  • Managing stock integrity, loss prevention, rosters, and wage control effectively

  • Promoting a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S standards

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment

  • Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences

  • Strong people leader who enjoys coaching and developing others

  • Demonstrated success in driving KPIs and exceeding sales targets

  • Confident in stock management and visual merchandising execution

  • Experienced in managing rosters and wage budgets

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

  • Committed to continuous learning and personal development

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
