ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Graphic Designer for Black Pepper, you'll help shape the visual expression of one of Australia's most trusted womenswear brands. Working as part of the Marketing team, you'll create customer-focused creative that strengthens brand engagement, supports key trade moments and delivers a consistent experience across all channels.

This role offers the opportunity to combine creativity with commercial impact, producing work that connects with a loyal customer base while supporting business growth. From campaign assets and digital marketing materials to retail communications and customer engagement initiatives, you'll play an important role in how customers interact with and experience the Black Pepper brand.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Create high-quality visual assets across digital, retail, CRM, eCommerce and print channels
  • Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and key trading periods throughout the retail calendar
  • Design customer-facing creative including EDMs, social content, paid media assets, website graphics, POS and in-store communications
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Digital teams to ensure creative output aligns with campaign objectives and customer needs
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while ensuring creative remains fresh, engaging and commercially effective
  • Support content creation, campaign execution and post-production requirements where required
  • Develop and maintain creative templates, asset libraries and brand resources to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Monitor creative trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to continually improve the customer experience

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, retail or consumer brands
  • Strong digital and retail creative experience
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Strong visual storytelling and brand communication capability
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
  • Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
