The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Digital team based at our Richmond Support Office! Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Manager with the day-to-day running of our Superdry and Canada Goose websites and marketplace channels. Success is achieved through delivery against the brand's digital, marketing and retail strategies and in line with sales and profit targets.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Downloading product and marketing content from our third party content portals
  • Loading and enriching products on the respective brand websites and content into backend systems
  • Ensuring product copy and images are configured correctly
  • Supporting with product range launches.
  • Maintaining synonyms, searches without results and product recommendations in Seachspring.
  • Loading updated creative and other marketing content into Shopify.
  • Supporting the testing and rollout of new website features.
  • Configuring website promotions in line with brand marketing and promotional calendars.
  • Supporting website UX auditing and bug fixes and A/B testing across content and UX elements.
  • Brief marketplace image requirements to our internal graphics teams.
  • Support marketplace partners with troubleshooting and other queries
  • Configure and execute brand EDMs in Klaviyo.
  • Supporting with the setup and execution of email automations, customer segmentation and signup forms.
  • Liaise with Customer Care to ensure orders are being fulfilled within SLAs.
  • Work with the Ecommerce managers to drive enhanced onsite experience for customers.
  • Supporting the creation of weekly trade and other regular brand reports.

The skills and experience you offer us:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating an e-commerce business or marketplace channel
  • Tertiary education in communications or IT preferred, but not essential
  • Strong Excel skills are a must
  • CMS experience (preferably Shopify)
  • Previous experience working with an ERP is desired, not essential
  • Understanding of web design and UX standards
  • Understands how content management, order management, ecommerce, and other retail technology platforms operate
  • Foundational understanding of product development, supply chain and IT
  • Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing and the social media
