Key duties and responsibilities:
Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customer
Deliver exceptional customer service through personalising each customers experience at Reebok
Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards
Work as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targets
Ensure product knowledge of Reebok footwear and products
Assist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required
Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must)
Always maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embody the Reebok brand
The skills and experience you offer us:
You have previous retail customer service experience
You are warm, welcoming and enjoy working with footwear products
You work well within fast paced team environments
You are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation!
You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
You have strong communication and organisational skills
You are committed to continuous improvement and learning
