ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As eCommerce Coordinator – Designworks | Champion, you will support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our websites, ensuring seamless onsite experience, accurate product launches and best-in-class trade hygiene.

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering against digital, marketing and retail strategies — driving sales, improving conversion and ensuring campaigns, promotions and product launches go live accurately and on time.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Owning daily site checks across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, navigation, search and key landing pages to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
  • Managing end-to-end product uploads and enrichment, ensuring pricing, imagery, copy and categorisation are accurate and aligned
  • Supporting onsite SEO optimisation including metadata, copy updates and internal linking improvements
  • Executing onsite merchandising across categories, collections and campaigns in line with trade direction
  • Configuring and QA’ing promotions in alignment with marketing and trading calendars
  • Building and deploying EDM campaigns in Klaviyo, including full QA across links, personalisation and dynamic content
  • Supporting A/B testing, website enhancements and feature rollouts with thorough cross-device QA
  • Monitoring onsite performance, identifying issues quickly and escalating with clear context
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure smooth campaign and launch execution

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years’ experience in an eCommerce or digital operations role within retail, fashion or lifestyle
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Shopify (or similar CMS) and ERP systems (AP21 advantageous)
  • Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data
  • Understanding of onsite merchandising, SEO fundamentals and digital marketing execution
  • Experience building and deploying EDM campaigns (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded
