ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Two iconic sportswear brands, two stores side by side, one leader. As Dual Site Store Manager at South Wharf DFO, you’ll lead both our Reebok and Champion stores, building two passionate teams, driving sales across both sites, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in each. With the stores right next to each other, you’ll move between them throughout the day, sharing best practice and making sure each brand comes to life on the shop floor.

This role is perfect for an energetic, results-focused retail leader who’s passionate about sport and streetwear and ready to take on a bigger challenge.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams across both the Reebok and Champion stores.
• Driving sales and KPIs to meet and exceed targets for each store.
• Splitting your time across both sites to stay visible, hands-on, and connected with both teams.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects each brand’s identity and standards.
• Managing day-to-day operations across both stores, including opening/closing, rostering, cash handling, and reporting.
• Overseeing stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation to Reebok and Champion brand standards.
• Planning rosters and team resources across both locations so each store is staffed for peak trade.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across both sites.
• Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive culture where both teams support each other.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or Assistant Manager level), with multi-site or large-store experience highly regarded.
• A natural leader who can motivate and inspire two teams at once.
• Results-focused, with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise across two stores in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident managing store operations, stock, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sport, activewear, streetwear, and the Reebok and Champion lifestyles.
• Leads by example and loves being on the shop floor.
