ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As the Customer Service Officer – Wholesale, you will be responsible for supporting Brand Collective’s wholesale function by delivering exceptional service to wholesale customers across our brand portfolio. This role is responsible for managing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for wholesale partners, acting as the key liaison between internal departments and external customers.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide exceptional service to wholesale customers via phone, email, and B2B portals.
  • Manage order processing, stock allocations, and adjustments in wholesale systems (e.g., AP21).
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Track orders and shipments, proactively communicate delays or changes, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Process returns, credits, and claims efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating where required.
  • Maintain customer account details and records in internal systems.
  • Assist in the coordination of seasonal sell-in periods, including sample dispatches, order entry, and backorder management.
  • Generate and interpret wholesale reports (e.g., sales orders, inventory availability, delivery status).
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the wholesale customer experience

 

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will come with..

  • Experience in wholesale or B2B customer service (fashion/apparel/footwear preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., AP21) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Organisation skills, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Prior experience working with sales and distribution teams is advantageous
