ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Concession Store Manager at Shoes & Sox, you’ll be a key leader in driving team performance, delivering standout customer experiences, and ensuring the day-to-day success of the store. Working across Pacific Fair & Robina Myer, you’ll help shape a positive culture, coach a passionate team, and make sure our store runs like a well-laced shoe – smooth, strong, and ready to move.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coaching and developing team members to ensure high performance and strong product knowledge
• Supporting stock control, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards
• Assisting in rostering, payroll approvals, and general store admin tasks
• Stepping up to manage the store independently when needed
• Driving sales by tracking KPIs and implementing initiatives to improve results

ABOUT YOU

• You’re a confident leader with previous retail management or supervisory experience
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems on the go
• You’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service – especially for families and kids
• We also welcome applications with experience in Children's Education
• You bring strong communication skills and know how to motivate a team
• You’re detail-oriented, organised, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• You’re results-driven and comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets

This is a permanent part time opportunity working Tuesday – Saturday totalling 31 hours between the two store locations.
