ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Champion, your main role is to deliver an awesome customer experience. You’ll help customers find the right fit and style, keep the store looking great, and support the team with stock and sales tasks. It’s all about being friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about the Champion brand. Flexibility is key, as shifts can vary across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling advice
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Replenish stock and ensure products are well-stocked and organized on the shop floor
  • Process sales transactions accurately at the register
  • Support store operations including fitting room upkeep and stockroom duties

  • Passionate about delivering great customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player who’s always ready to help
  • Quick to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
