We are excited to announce the opening of our new Brand Collective footwear stores in Myer across the country, bringing together iconic brands including Reebok, Julius Marlow, Hush Puppies, Volley, Clarks and Grosby.

Our stores will offer a curated collection of footwear that combines timeless design, superior comfort, and expert craftsmanship for every occasion.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience with a versed knowledge across our brand offering.

The role: 

As we embark on opening brand-new and engaging retail spaces across Australia, we welcome applications for Retail Sales Assistants to work as part of the teams at our NEW Brand Collective Footwear Myer Melbourne central store on Bourke Street store which opened in February 2025.

Our store teams are the face of our brands. They have a wealth of knowledge, passion and love bringing to our customers a truly authentic and memorable customer experience. In this role, you will actively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets.

Acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective, you understand our customers’ needs when offering advice and recommendations and you develop effective relationships in doing so.

Additionally, you:

• Ensure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standards 
• Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering
• Assist your Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as required 

• Contribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must).
  
  

You bring to the team:

• Customer service experience (retail experience desirable, although not essential)
• Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers 
• Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident and tailored to their needs
• Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted)
• Strong communication, organisational and listening skills
