ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

If you're a natural motivator, love all things footwear, and know how to bring the good vibes while smashing sales targets – this one’s for you. You’ll help guide a passionate team, cheer on their wins, and keep the energy high as you work together to kick goals (pun intended).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

No two days are the same in retail, but here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be up to:

  • Be the right-hand to the Store Manager – keep things running smoothly and the team pumped up and ready to go!
  • Lead from the front – set the bar for exceptional customer service and create a vibe that keeps our customers coming back for more.
  • Keep an eye on the numbers – track sales like a pro, celebrate the wins, and jump on opportunities to grow.
  • Style it up – make sure the store looks amazing with top-notch visual merchandising that brings our brand to life.
  • Stay sharp on stock – help protect the store from loss and keep shrinkage under control with a proactive mindset.
  • Champion safety – create a healthy, happy workplace by following all things OH&S and looking out for your crew.

 

ABOUT YOU

You’re not just a people person—you’re a team energiser, a customer experience champion, and maybe even a kid-whisperer!

  • Experienced Assistant Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
  • Confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team
  • Warm, approachable, and great with kids (patience is a must!)
  • Passionate about delivering standout customer experiences
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • Skilled in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator at all levels
