WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Driving store performance by hitting sales, service, and operational KPIs
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to brand standards
- Overseeing daily operations including rosters, cash handling, and compliance
- Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture
- Representing the Champion brand with pride and authenticity every day
ABOUT YOU
- You’re a natural leader with proven experience in retail management
- You’re passionate about customer service and creating unforgettable experiences
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting (and beating) targets
- You have strong communication and people skills — you know how to motivate a team
- You’re organised, hands-on, and confident managing store operations
- You live and breathe streetwear, activewear, or the Champion brand lifestyle
