As Store Manager at Champion Adelaide, you'll lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Driving store performance by hitting sales, service, and operational KPIs
• Training, coaching, and developing team members to reach their full potential
• Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to brand standards
• Overseeing daily operations including rosters, cash handling, and compliance
• Creating a positive, energetic, and inclusive team culture
• Representing the Champion brand with pride and authenticity every day

ABOUT YOU

• You’re a natural leader with proven experience in retail management
• You’re passionate about customer service and creating unforgettable experiences
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting (and beating) targets
• You have strong communication and people skills — you know how to motivate a team
• You’re organised, hands-on, and confident managing store operations
• You live and breathe streetwear, activewear, or the Champion brand lifestyle
