Are you a passionate, commercially driven retail leader ready to make an impact? We're looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our six-store Shoes & Sox NSW network, driving performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll empower Store Managers to achieve their best, build high-performing teams, and drive sales growth while bringing the Shoes & Sox brand promise to life.

As a leader of leaders, you'll drive commercial results while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise performance and engagement.
• Drive sales, profitability, and regional KPI and budget targets.
• Build talent pipelines through succession planning and leadership development.
• Analyse business performance to identify growth and productivity opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent brand standards across six stores.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion an inclusive, customer-first culture.

About You

You're an inspiring, commercially minded retail leader who knows how to deliver results through people.

You'll bring:

• Proven multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or specialty retail.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• The ability to analyse performance, lead change, and build high-performing teams.
• Flexibility to travel across NSW.
