ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the right product reaches the right store at the right time. You’ll manage allocations, replenishments, and stock movements across our retail network — maximising sales, minimising stock imbalances, and supporting the execution of seasonal and promotional strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Allocate initial stock to stores based on performance, capacity, and range plans.
• Manage replenishment and inventory levels to maximise sales and reduce stock-outs.
• Monitor stock flow and recommend product mix adjustments based on store performance.
• Track and manage inbound deliveries, transfers, and new store allocations.
• Support promotions and key retail events (Back to School, Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock reports for the Merchandise and Planning teams.
• Partner with key stakeholders across retail, marketing, and product to ensure smooth execution of trading plans.

ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years’ experience in a planning, allocation, or merchandise coordination role — ideally within fashion, footwear, or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial decisions.
• Confident using Excel and planning systems (experience with AP21 highly regarded).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.
• A natural communicator who builds strong working relationships across teams.
